Bringing this 23rd-floor terrace to life demanded precise sequencing, expert coordination, and exceptional craftsmanship. Seamless transitions between pavers, decking, turf, and planting areas were critical to creating a cohesive, visually striking space. With limited laydown areas, collaboration among trades and tight logistics were essential. Heavy materials arrived via tower crane, while modular components and growing media were carefully loaded through the service elevator. Construction success hinged on tight collaboration across trades to ensure smooth progress and successful delivery of this complex project.
